Hi out there 👋

My name is Astrid, i'm 22 years old and come from Copenhagen, Denmark. For a long time i've been yearning for a more harmonised lifestyle. A life where i(we) can be in contact with earth and plants daily, and gain knowledge on how to survive off the grid, not needing a supermarket to feed us. So currently i'm looking for a journey to a farm or community with focus on sustainabillity and permaculture, eco building, animals, herbalism etc.. As person i'm hardworking and attentive to details, and I strive to do my best all the time. I have some previous experince working with animals in an animal shelter in Costa Rica, where i was working with rescue animals like monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, lizards and such. I cleaned all the animals enclosures, did general maintenance on their facilities, and fed them. Before that i was volunteering at large Comunnity farm in Costa Rica, I was there for a two months, and I was mostly cooking with the fresh veggies from the farm in the kitchen but also helping on the land, composting, harvesting and participated in so many cacao-ceremonies. I've volunteered at a youthouse in Copenhagen, worked in a kindergarden and currently i'm working in a café, where i've gained skills with costumer service, perfect latte-art and fast work. So if you have a cafe, I'll gladly help there as well.

I would love to come to your place and learn/help with what i can help with. I'll be able to help decorating murals, since i'm fairly artistic with pen and pencil, i looove to cook, i can take some photos on my dslr camera and upload them for you on instagram or website, if that's an interest but most importantly help with gardening, animals and building projects.

I want to learn about other cultures, while at the same i also want to get knowledge on how to be more self sufficient and live a more off-grid lifestyle in harmony with nature. I’m easygoing, and fun to be around, and i love to learn new things.

I'm a trained professional Barista, i'm fairly skilled at cooking and love to do it, i can paint and draw, i'm good with kids, i can play guitar and sing, i do ceramics, i do a lot of gardening and tak care of my many houseplants, i'm good a taking photos, and i can do SoMe.

My biggest skill of all, is my curiousity and thirst for learning new things, and always trying to do my best in everything i do
