Hi I’m Ashleigh, from NZ currently travelling through Europe for the summer. I love the sense of adventure, going off the beaten track to find ways to learn and be open to new things. I’m curious, and doing something new or something I haven’t done before motivates me. I love nature, food and laughing. I don’t take life too seriously and love the simple things in life

I grew up in a small town on a dairy farm, so I’m pretty handy, know how to drive a tractor, and familiar with animals.
I’ve spent time working in horticulture, harvesting various fruit and vegetables.
I enjoy cooking, and have worked in cafes/catering preparing food.
I’ve had my own vege gardens.
I’ve worked in HR roles, office administration roles, and more recently in the compliance space for the protection of Plant Variety Rights.
I am a quick learner, work independently and in a team, and will give anything a go!
