Hi, I am Hélène and I live in France (my parents are from Portugal). With my husband Antoine we decided to took sabbaticals during one year to explore a big part of South America !
My centers of interests are walking, swimming, cooking and crochet. Of course, I like to travel and, above all, to discuss with local people to better understand their culture and share mine. This is also a great opportunity to spend good time with new people and come back home with good memories.
I also love animals and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. For me, WorkAway platflorm is a good place to try new activites and tasks to help others. I hope to be useful and to learn new things !

Hello, my name is Antoine and I am french too :) My centers of interests are video games, mangas, hiking and badminton. Like Hélène, I love to travel, discover new cultures and landscapes, and also to speak with other people. I believe that encountering new persons is essential to better understand our world. I love animals (especially cats!) and I am ready to do any task to help people and share with them our experience.


Hola soy Helena y vivo en Francia (mis padres son de Portugal). ¡Con mi novio Antoine decidimos hacer un año sabático para explorar una parte de América del Sur!
Por mi parte, trabajo en logistica en muchas empresas (por ejemplo, Heineken). Mis passatiempos son : caminar, nadar, cocinar y hacer crochet (hago peluches). Me gusta viajar y, sobre todo, conversar con la gente local para comprender mejor su cultura y compartir la mía. Esta también es una gran oportunidad para pasar un buen momento con gente nueva y volver a casa con buenos recuerdos.
También amo a los animales y no tengo miedo de apprender nuevas coisas. Para mí, la plataforma WorkAway es un buen lugar para probar nuevas actividades y tareas para ayudar a los demás. Espero ser útil y aprender cosas nuevas!

Hola, mi nombre es Antoine y también soy francés :) Mis intereses son los videojuegos, el manga, el senderismo y el bádminton. Como Hélène, me encanta viajar, descubrir nuevas culturas y paisajes, y también hablar con otras personas. Creo que encontrar nuevas personas es fundamental para comprender mejor nuestro mundo. Amo a los animales (¡especialmente a los gatos!) y estoy dispuesto a realizar cualquier tarea para ayudar a las personas y compartir con ellas nuestra experiencia.

I speack French, Portuguese, English and Spanish aswell. I like to cook (and to eat !!), gardening, crochet, pet animals and play with children.

Antoine
On my side I speak French and English. Currently, I am learning Spanish and I hope to improve it during the trip !
I studied in an engineering school in France and now I am working as a software developper. I am not afraid to do manual tasks at all, I can cook or pet animals also.

Helena
Hablo francés, portugués, inglés y español también. Me gusta cocinar (¡y comer!!), la jardinería, hacer crochet, ocupar-me de animales y jugar con los niños.

Antonio
Por mi parte hablo francés e inglés. ¡Actualmente estoy aprendiendo español y espero mejorarlo durante el viaje!
Estudié en una escuela de ingeniería en Francia y ahora trabajo como software developper. No tengo miedo de realizar tareas manuales, también puedo cocinar o acariciar animales.
