Description
We are Anthéa & Dom, travelling through Argentina and Chile in a van.
It is our first very long road trip, but we've been travelling a lot since we've been together : on the dust roads of Marocco, against blizzards in Norway or through the lunar landscapes of Iceland, and in pretty much every European capital, plus some side adventures in Cambodia and Indonesia.
She likes to read and chill, he likes to cook and geek (it's gonna be some loooong nights without the internet) but hopefully we both like to spend time away from everything and to meet new people. Although be warned, our priority often is about our common passion : food.
Journeying in South america has been a dream for many years now, but Covid + our jobs didn't let us be free to do so. Now it's time to discover Argentina and Chile we've been yearning to visit.
First it was the food and the landscapes, know for being wild and intense. But we've also learned that the people are amongst the most hospitable, cheerful and ready to share.
It seems to us a it too real to be true but ... can you imagine ? Having the opportunity to meet new interesting people, share with them their daily life and culture, cook and eat with them ? Wouldn't that be amazing ?

French is our primary language, but we both used to work in an english-speaking environment. We've started again to learn Spanish this year, but would like to improve as much as possible during our stay. Truth be told, we'd like to move to Spain after our travel in South America. And as all things should be balanced, we would be thrilled to teach you French or English if you'd like =)

-Manager and producer for a music production company
-Communication and budget balance have no secret for me
-Used to babysit and work in a dark kitchen, but let's be honest : I'm willing to learn anything as long as you're willing to teach me =)
Dom :
-Professional cook in training (exam coming up in 2025), I used to be a radio journalist and worked in video games
-Love to garden, even managed to have a steady production of strawberries in the middle of Paris
-Handyman when necessary. Even when not necessary but for the glory of improving / using my hands to change something to better fit our needs
