We are currently in Japan on working holiday visa. We love exploring nature, being active, eating good food and doing any fun and creative activities. Especially with good company!
Our next destination:
Japan - from Apr 2025 until Mar 2026 View allDescription
We are a Australian- French couple who love travel and going on adventures. Timothe is a physiotherapist and Amy is a recent graduate. We love the idea of working in different domains throughout our travels in Japan. We believe it can be rich experiences that will help us grow, meet new people, learn new skills and ways of living.
One of Tim's passions is surfing so we hope we can discover Japan through this activity, learn about the surf culture in Japan and continue to teach Amy. We Iove music and Tim is a singer too so he hopes he can share some good and happy musical moments with people in Japan. Amy has a strong love for food and baking and loves trying and discovering new food and places.Interests

Timothé: I've been learning Japanese the two years and I want to reach an upper level while I'm in Japan. My native language is French and I would be really happy to teach it! I speak English fluently as my girlfriend is Australian, and I've been teaching her French the last two years so I can say I have a bit of experience in French teaching. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese at an intermediate level which I would be happy to learn more about as well. Amy: I am a native english speaker and I can speak vietnamese as well. I am learning french (currently intermediate) and also trying to learn Japanese.Skills and knowledge we'd like to share or learn

Timothé
I rent my appartment on airbnb regularly which requires skills close to house keeping I think.
My work as a physiotherapist doing replacements makes me able to adapt to new situations approximately every two weeks, learning the pathologies of new patients, the different ways of working of the different offices.
I also worked in a Costco supermarket when i was 17 where I was talking to customers to make them try the products, putting the products in the alleys, and sticking the stickers on the products.
Also I helped my dad since I was child to inflate the bikes and change the tires if needed, often helped for gardening and building the furnitures.
Even tho it will be my first Working Holiday Visa I'm used to traveling and I find my place naturally in the places I go to.
Amy:
I have worked in food, retail, as a hospital receptionist and in babysitting. Thus, I have strong customer service skills and I am very versatile.Age

We did two camps. The first one was near Osaka for five days, and the second one was near Okayama for three days. We thought it would be in Fukuoka when we applied but they had no availability there. Everyone was easy to work with and it was easy to ask… read more
