Hi :) I'm Amelie and a year ago I fell in love with languages! It's not just the learning process itself, but the culture, the people, the music and everything that goes with it.
I'm very open-minded and love to try new things and enjoy life with all its ups and downs. I'm always striving to be a better person and to help others achieve their goals. Seeing other people reach their goals is what makes me the happiest.
I also love being with people. Cooking together and just sitting and chatting all night is one of my favourite activities.
I'm also always looking for an opportunity to be outside. I love walking and being in nature — that's when I feel most alive.

I'm a really hardworking person. I've been in Canada for the last year and have been working a lot as a woofer. (It's like workaway but on a different website). Most of my tasks during my woofing time included gardening, walking the dogs, physical work outside with wood or gravel. I also worked as a tree planter and some people say that's the hardest job you can find. I loved it haha :D

Because of my time in Canada, my English is fluent. I also speak German (mother tongue) and I've started learning Spanish (but I'm still a complete beginner here). I am currently concentrating on becoming fluent in French.

I also love to cook and bake. If you need help in the kitchen, I might be the person for you!

I'm also very sensitive and I like children. I used to coach a children's handball team and had a lot of fun.

I work as a german teacher online and will have a few students during the day.

I'm a very creative person. I love to draw, take photographs, create and edit in Photoshop (I have completed an apprenticeship in photography and media technology).

I'm very active. I can't imagine myself without sport. When I'm travelling, I often look for a running group to join.

I love live music, I like to play the guitar (even though I'm not very good at it).
