My name is Amélie, I am 31 years old and I live in France. Since June I’m in Canada, working in Bc, I was this summer in rafting resort, I travel a little bit this autumn, Rockies mountain, Vancouver Island...
And I am actually working in Haida Gwaii for the winter season as a Head of food and beverage.

I love getting to know new people/ new culture and being.
This past winter I was working in a bank after 10 year in hospitality (mostly like a assistant bar)

Beside travel, I pass mostly my free time doing some sports, going on walk with my dogs, but im also a volunteer in a shelter for dog, and i love being there (taking care of dog, walking them, cleaning the box

I love discovering new places, I am also very curious and love to learn new things . During this trip, I'd like to immerse myself in the canadian culture, meet local people and explore the wonderful landscapes of Western Canada !

During my year in Australia i have a chance to work like an au pair for children, working in a pub (bar job but also help for the motel), helping people in their home (gardening, cooking, cleaning)

I don't have an exact idea of what my perfect workaway should look like, but am open to many different ways of working, but for sure I’ll love to find something with dogs care, as I really like dog, and kind of missing my volunteer duties in the shelter, but happy to learn a new things
