Anthony has over 30 years experience in all things groundworks and construction. A meticulous man who takes pride in his work. Amanda has 20 years in the field of osteopathy, gardens fanatically, is an avid walker, a fan of all things history, astronomy and a chandler. Both of us are fit, healthy foodies and like to spend time together cooking.

We had a thorough introduction to life in Egypt staying with Hans and Yvonne. I have to say I've never met a kinder pair. Yvonne is one determined lady with a lot of resolve to do good things. The work was generally cleaning (the streets and the house), watering the garden and of course, feeding the lovely cats. 2 hours max per day.

The placement description is very accurate and it's certainly a case of no two days are alike. The tasks required of a couple are very varied indeed and you often need to wear several hats at one time.
