I can surely help with conversation, English and Spanish are fluent both ways and I'm able to navigate fast between the 2 in terms of providing full understanding to and for others in need. Same is for Italian. I use to speak some french and would not mind resuming it, some Portuguese as well, I use to speak e ebrow.. this skills have faded out over time for a luck of practice but.. they where there once..

I play chess and backgammon to some sufficient degree or more.
I've been surfing and kitesurfing waves for the longest time, I am not at the moment. I do own an Hobie cat (fast and vintage dinghy catamarán).
I like swimming in a proper swimming pool.
I play music.
I'm usually fit and in a good shape for my age, lightweight.
I've been vegan, not necessarily anymore but I do follow some conscious alkaline diet with no restrictions to my best.
