Zane and Ally are both incredibly kind and joyful people. They get along easily with others and easily become part of a team/family. They each offer a unique set of skills but work well together on all kinds of projects.

Zane is incredibly bright and proficient in Spanish. Zane has been gardening his whole life and excels at planting, weeding, and managing garden spaces. Zane is an excellent cook and very creative in the kitchen, creating delicious meals with minimal ingredients. Zane also has a lot of experience with dogs from working at a dog kennel for a few summers. He has a formal degree in Forestry/Trees and can help manage many different types of trees and forests. On previous work-aways, Zane has helped with many different tasks such as gardening, light carpentry, cleaning, dog care, fence building, and lots of cooking!

Ally has a very diverse skill set and can pick up new talents very quickly. Website creation, photography, photo editing, spread sheet creation and design work of all kinds are some of her more techy skills. Ally is a talented artist and does gorgeous water colors, block printing, sewing, crocheting, embroidery, basket weaving, and aspires to create murals. Ally is also very handy. She has dabbled in furniture making and other carpentry projects. She is a good problem solver and has troubleshooted many minor appliance and plumbing issues. Tiling, painting, and other house projects also come easily to her. Ally has a degree in forestry and has lots of experience teaching about trees and nature.

Zane and Ally love nature! Zane likes to play music and plays the piano, accordion, and ocarina. Zane and Ally like learning and teaching card games.

We quite our job and are traveling around South America climbing mountains, trekking, surfing and volunteering.
