Description
Hi! I’m Hannah, a fun-spirited and enthusiastic traveller, and I’ll be Workaway-ing with my adventurous 3.5-year-old daughter while my partner completes his initial defence training. I’ve travelled extensively—solo, with friends, and with my partner—but this is my first big adventure with a little sidekick. I won’t lie, it’s a bit daunting, but I refuse to sit at home when I can show her the world!
Looking for workaways in any country in Europe from AUGUST 2025.
While our capacity to help is different from what I could provide alone, I promise we’ll give our best. My daughter is a fantastic little helper—curious, kind, easygoing, and eager to be involved. As for me, I’m happy to help with:

I've done multiple workaways solo and with a friend from hostel work in Prague, to cleaning in Spain to Raking leaves in Germany, and dairy farm work in Iceland. Loved all my experiences!
Why We’re Doing This:
I want to be a good role model for my daughter—show her that life is about more than just one place, one way of thinking. I want her to grow up respecting different cultures, values, and ways of life. I also want to soak up as much time with her as I can before she (inevitably) decides she’s too cool to hang out with me!
Postpartum was a tough period for me—I felt trapped, isolated, and I mourned my incredibly spontaneous life. But I know my daughter has an adventurous spirit, and this journey is about embracing that together.
Our Ideal Hosts:
We’re looking for hosts who are flexible and happy to accommodate a mum and child duo.
I love the outdoors—hiking, nature, and snow! My daughter is currently in a dance-loving phase, adores makeup (despite her mum’s lack of interest in it 😆), and is a curious, adventurous companion. She’s camped and hiked with me, so she’s already got a little explorer spirit.
