Hey there! I am someone who is motivated by personal growth and making meaningful connections. I love to work with hands-on projects that allow me to be creative, develop new skills, and make a positive impact. I am a former English teacher, and I believe in life-long learning. While I enjoy working in teams, I also like solo-tasks and taking on challenges that allow me to expand my knowledge and abilities.

I hold two bachelor's degrees from the University of Maine in English Literature and Secondary Education, and I have taught English in a classroom setting. I love teaching and would love to learn other languages as well! I have had experience with building, remodeling, gardening, cooking and sailing and would love to work with my hands on projects.

Overall, I love to be active and outdoors, or working on some sort of creative project. I like to hike, explore, swim, snowshoe, ice skate, and anything that involves getting up and moving around with other people. I also enjoy quiet time reading, studying, and writing.
