My name is Alessia; I am attending a master's degree in Clinical Developmental Psychology; what makes me happiest is exploring places and meeting people to enrich my inner world. I am a selfless person; I have always devoted my life to helping and supporting the people I love starting with my friends and family. I had my first job with children when I was 17, and I am sure I am very good at relating to the little ones. In addition, I want to use the skills I gained through my studies. I am a person who has a lot of love to give; I am very friendly and always willing to meet new people. My top quality is knowing how to listen to people engagingly and helping to seek solutions; I am a very organized and meticulous person, but I never forget to put joy in the things I do. At this moment in my life, I feel the need to test myself; I want to have an experience in a place far from home to bring out and improve all my skills and feel strong emotions.

My skills to share a happy and educational experience with children and adolescents come mainly from my university studies and internships. Now I am attending a master's in Clinical Psychology for children, adolescents and parents; I am also participating in training with Professor Paola Rigo, a prominent Italian researcher. I am involved in activities related to parenting and the relationship between parents and children where the parenting figure suffers from psychological disorders or mental health issues. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychological sciences of personality development and interpersonal relations. During this period, I took training, mentored by Professor Ines Testoni, a leading expert in psychological interventions related to mourning and accepting death and complex conditions. I have been included in projects concerning the
social psychology of death and dying; more specifically, activities centred on the elaboration of grief through counselling and therapy, the construction of representations of death in various contexts of suffering and associated variables. I also have a long experience as a babysitter with children of all ages.
