Description
Over the years I’ve lived in Boliva, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. I've run a few tambos managed some farms, I specialize in making different kinds of dairy products and artisanal cheese. I'm a contracted farm hand and I have experience managing farms, working with cows on horse back in the field, working in the manga, and bee keeping.

I've worked on farms in Bolivia, Uruguay, and Chile but I'm manly based in Argentina. Working with the animals is my favorite-I run a tambo and make artisanal cheese. I work as a farm hand and manager on a few different farms. I work on horseback with the cows and have experiences working in the manga giving injections and other farm animal care, and general farm work with all sorts of animals.

My two months at Juan’s place was really great. The estancia being in the Sierras is incredible beautiful and wonderful. Juan is a very inviting, patient and nice person and it allowed me to practice my Spanish a lot. We had a lot of fun days together hanging out in auctions or playing music in the evenings!

Alena was with us for two months at the ranch. She is a very good person and friend.
