Hello beautiful people :)

I'm Clau from Girona, a little city in Spain. I'm a yoga teacher (hatha, kundalini & yin), I have a Theatre degree and a Pshcology degree on course. I've already volunteered with Workaway in some countries and the experiences were amazing! My first big trip was in Center and South America, and now I'm travelling around south-east Asia.

I define myself as a calm, creative and empathetic person. I'm very curious and I love learning new skills and be part of projects which have similar values as mines (such as sustainability, respect for others and nature, mindfulness lifestyle, etc). Furthermore, I like to spend time with new people, share nice experiencies and collaborate all together. I enjoy being surrounded by nature and taking care of her.

I'm a yoga teacher and I have studied theatre, so I can offer yoga and meditation clases and workshops about theatre and cooperative games if you're interested!

In addition, I play the guitar, sing and juggle, so I can teach you if you're interested. Also I can teach you Spanish, Catalan or English and cook some catalan traditional dishes and popular dances like La Sardana!!

I also have some cooking and cleaning skills, as well as taking care of children, animals and vegetables garden.
