I am what they call an 'Indie' Athor (Independent) and I just published my first speculative fiction (scifi, fantasy, alternate history) novel in April. I began selling copies in May 2024 and have since been on international tour.
I have cooked many meals for hosts and enjoy creating delicious gormet recipes, even with simply vegetables and protein.
My profile says 26 but I am 36. No worries, because I look 26 and move similarly. I don't have an option to change the age so if that is a problem for you, please skip me. I made this profile some time ago in college and didn't know if I would ever use it.
I have a passion for culture and languages and I know American Sign Language as well as Gujarati (an Indian subcontinent language)
I use WorkAway to help assist in my travels to cut down on costs while on tour which is why I can only take hosts which provide room and board. I have a second book in the works and I draw inspiration from my stays.
Somewhere down the line I found myself in an top ABET accredited engineering school. I hold a bachelors in materials science engineering and I am open to more permanent positions in Europe as a skilled worker or remote work.
I enjoy helping others and I try to employ some mindfulness in the character building in my writing, creating adventures which can be both exciting and educational. The journey I am on is not for the faint of heart, as my travels have been quite unplanned and sometimes risky. So far I have found many gracious hosts willing to teach me something about the culture, the transit system and building up my travel necessities ☺️
I am a huge fan of philosophy and I enjoy blending rational thoughts with science and the metaphyscial. We could have some very interesting talks!
