Hey!
I am Jakob, 22 years old from Germany. I am studying political science and just finished my semester abroad in Santiago de Chile. Now I am travelling South America and looking for a project I can join, where I can have a real impact on the people and the environment in the respective community.
I want to meet new people and experience new things. I am an open minded person and I am open for any kind of experience. I think it is important to learn new things and get different opinions and perspectives in your life.
I am really into sports and music. I love playing football, volleyball or american football I also enjoy surfing, skiing or snowboarding. So I really enjoy any kind of sports.
I played the sax for many years and played in an orchestra.
I am also very interested in journalism, I did many internships at newspapers and agencys. I like writing articles and sharing information and experience with other people.
I have a drivers license for the Car and Motorcycle.
I speak fluently German and English and also Spanish.

I worked for 3 Months in a refugee project in Athens. I teached English to teenagers and kids and organised sports classes and community events. I also work in a child care in Germany. Furthermore, I have worked in a foundation for political education and did an internship at a funden project for climate protection in my region in Germany. I speak German and English fluently and I am also able to teach these languages as I already have experience with that. My Spanish got a lot better throughout my time in Chile, therefore I am at an interemdiate level in Spanish.
