G'day!
I'm Freya - a single woman in my early 30s. I've recently bought my first home in the inner West of Melbourne, a 5 minute drive from the beach. I'm an easy walk to the train station, and my local area has a nice mixture of culture, coffee shops, young families and access to the best that life in Melbourne has to offer.

I can help you settle in to life in Australia and help you with any questions about bank accounts, jobs, logistics etc. I am located close to many significant cultural institutions -art galleries, museums, and Melbourne's local cafe, laneway and street art scene. I am located very close to the beach, and you can get a taste of laid back Australian beach culture.
I speak only English at the moment, but am very keen to hear about your language and culture and to learn what I can from you, whether that be about where you are from, your life experiences, or skills.
Help
I have a spare bedroom and am looking to host willing Workawayers (single or couples) who can help me out with home maintenance and minor renovation projects. Currently I have a kitchen without cupboard doors and an unfinished laundry, gutters that need a good clean out and significant work needed in the garden.
I'm particularly keen to hear from you if you have trade or DIY experience! Also open to helpers who have an eye for detail and are willing to help out with housework, cooking and deculttering.

I will provide three meals a day in exchange for up to 25 hours a week of help (with 2 full days off).
