PRESENTATION
hello here Andrea a musician and sound designer and music teacher. I have got an house in the middle of Countryside of Senigallia, near Ancona, Marche and not far from Parco del Monte Conero.
PROJECT
My project about this house is a permaculture project. I love to share this experience with some traveler and open minded person who love to share some weeks with me in exchange of a bed and food !
PERIOD
8 DAYS maximum
WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR ME MORE THEN YOUR WORKAWAYERS SKILLS?
- No negative energy in this house, please.
- share the food is an important moment, so the smartphone could be OFF for an hour or more
- prepare the food together and exchange recipes could be a nice time
- work 4 hours, if you don't like the job that I give to you, we can find another one, NO STRESS!
- privacy is important, so you can have your free time in the room , in the garden or walking around the area
- every day we can do a CIRCLE, Circle is a good practice of comunication, we can talk on at a time few minutes and if there where some problems during in the day, we try to resolve that with a quite communication or if there weren't problems we can just talk about what was nice in the day
- I do yoga and meditation, you are welcome!
THE AREA
the sea side of Senigallia is just 10 minutes of my house and you can go to swim or surf, 35 minutes with bicycle. Appennino's Mountain is just 45 minutes with car and we can go to have a trip there.

FREE TIME for WORKAWAYERS, OF COURSE!
sea side of Senigallia beach is 10 minutes by car or 35 min by bicycle, transport stops are not to much but we have sime stops 10 minutes walking from the house
Appennino mountain is 45 minutes and you can got a bus to go there!
I can give you a lift sometimes with my car but I don't want to be your TAXI! so self organization with transport
I have spare bicycle!

actually the internet is not powerful I just have an hotspot and for me it works, so is not perfect if you need a strong wifi to work on remote, you will have to go to the city! I'm working to set up a router for the next winter

I have a space near the house for a camper van, I can give you electricity and the toilet will be on share, inside the house!
