  Description

  We the non making profit organization established by teachers who have attended a diploma course in special education we managed to mobilize parents of children with disability we have a center where children with disability are getting pree primary education, also we are conducting counseling to parents at the center, again we are conducting evening study to pupils who come from poor family, all this are done at our center.
  
  We managed to conduct a campain called take all my friends to school which helped many children with disability to join primary school more than 156 children were registered in different schools in mbeya city we stile need more funds so we can go more farther with the campaign stil many children with disabilities are not at school.In mbeya town we help disabled children and their families served in the outreach, moreover we have an office which works with teachers who gives counseling to parents, we organize tours programs for volunteers whose interested to visit Tanzania national parks eg Mikumi national parks, Ngorogoro national parks,lake ngozi, poroto mountain, kitilo plateau national parks, the office is in mbeya city in southwest Tanzania. for volunteers in Tanzania you need a special kind of visa (this is a governmental regulation) which you can get at the air port.
  
  
  
  It is our goal that you return to your home with the feeling that you met friends. if that happens, we know that we have done the right thing and that indeed there are no strangers here, just friends you have not yet met
  
  It is a dream of mine to create carpentry workshop center combined with tailoring workshop this project will help much the young who fails to join secondary schools most of them are those boys and girls from poor family and those with disabilities instead of going to the street,They will be collected at my center and get training on carpentry and tailoring training the skill given to them will help them to get jobs or to employee themselves and help their family
  
  we are also helping people with disabilities, parents of children with disabilities, few widows, and group of orphans children, all of them are really need our help and support we can empower these widows and people with disabilities,by teaching them some skills to help them in their ongoing lives.
  
  In this very moments we have about 86 children who are being taken care of our project (33 children are getting nursery education)
  36 children who comes from poor families are being given evening studies at our center (primary education pupils ) also 17 children with disability are at ilemi primary school and we are helping in teaching,all this children are under our organization.

  Cultural exchange and learning opportunities

  We shall plan for the following tour 1 hiking in poroto ridge nature reserve mountains and lake ngozi 2 A visit to the safwa villages around 3 participation in culture and tradition dances [mbeta] 4 kitulo national park tour 5 story telling 6 local beer brew 7 nature walking safari.8 you can learn different cultural behavior including dressing etc you can take swahili classes, 9 we can teach how to cook Tanzanian food, 10 we can put you in contact with a reputable tailor to get quality Tanzania clothes . 11 we can go out and do sports like football,rugby,netball. 12 we will enjoy the nightlife together on weekends to see bars, live music and clubs.

  Help

  Main services given to these children are Education, so that they can manage to do most of things by themselves to reduce dependent to parents [mother] who live with the burden of caring for life long , also education help children to learn with other children without disabilities in our center,volunteers are needed to teach children. Rehabilitation in need of physical rehabilitation the parents are given simple training on how to exercise their children in homes and how can make simple local physiotherapy equipment for exercise, Health those families who are living under poverty line are assisted with medical treatment when their faced with diseases. those in need of surgical rehabilitation are referred to consultant hospital for children with disabilities.
  
  Empowerment we empower the families of disabled [parents] and guardian so that can manage to improve their economy to change their living standard.the parents are organized to form parents groups of disabled supports so that can support themselves by doing different income generating activities.

  - Webdesign and programming we are looking for anyone who has an idea of designing our own website of our organization.
  - marketing and advertising as we are trying to grow up our organization, we ask for help of volunteers who can spread the word connect our organization with other international organization in order to cooperate with us and build up supportive global thinking and local acting network.
  - helping us with our social media communication eg improving our Instagram, and Facebook, performance.
  - we need help to finish the building where we use as a classroom,as well as to create a environment based on perma culture system to provide organic food for the children in the future.
  - volunteers also can help to teach to draw,singing and play variety games or sports with children.
  - we also need the volunteers to talk to children.practice english and share things about life in general

  Accommodation

  We have rooms for volunteers single bed and double bed for couples with the organization.
  
  Transports is not needed from room to working place, about food rice beans vegetables potatoes cassava coffee, etc, because our organization is starting we are getting help from friends who feel they deserve to help these disabilities children, and three local meals [break fast, lunch, and dinner, a day we have no wi- fi we can help you to get a local sim card so that you purchase own data with good net work signal.
  
  I will not ask any kind if fees from workwayers and i will provide them 3 meals a day/ingredients for cooking and a private sleeping space.
  
  I would like to inform you that we shall be having all the meals together in my house as one family. till the time you leave the place, we will live like a family eat like a family but we would always respect your privacy there is a separate toilets and bathing room for the volunteers

  Our organization located in mbeya city, the office is in mbeya city during off time our volunteers will have opportunity to do hiking to the mountains,visiting and talking with local people around the city also we are near lake ngozi,mount loleza ,we can visit African tradition center,we can visit some historical sites found in mbeya.how to rich us just book your flights to song we air port,the take a tax to mbeya city it just 45 minutes we can also arrange a pick up on arrival departure . if you are going to land in Dar es salamu air port,you can take a local bus transportation to mbeya or book your flight to songwe air port. can we count on you we will welcome you with heartfelt gratitude and more than happy to help you everything and assist you exploring the wonderful way of living in Tanzania
  
  THE ARE POSSIBILITY FOR TRAVELERS TO BE PICKED UP AT THE AIR PORT
  
  This is a good thing and you will even have some one to talk to on the long bus rides or to help to get a sim card.
  All this cost for the person who will come and pick you up are to be covered by the volunteers (about 85 USD) which includes around trips bus ticket, Tsh 90000, Hotel two night nights T sh 50000, tax from the air port to the hotel Tsh 35000, and food for the traveling day, her traveling cost Tsh 20000,refunded money the project use to transport her/him to Dar es salaam is also included.
