We are two brothers, Paolo and Claudio, and for us cultivation is part of the family's DNA that has always been occupied with this activity even when it was not the main source of income. At a certain point in our personal events we have chosen to make it the only work, converting us to the biological as an example of sustainability both for the land and for those who live there. We are located in a small country town about 30km from Turin and 15 minutes from Pinerolo.
Siamo due fratelli, Paolo e Claudio, e per noi la coltivazione fa parte del DNA della famiglia che di questa attività si è sempre occupata anche quando non costituiva la principale fonte di reddito. Ad un certo punto delle nostre vicende personali abbiamo scelto di farne l'unico lavoro, convertendoci al biologico come esempio di sostenibilità sia per la terra che per chi la abita. Ci troviamo in un piccolo paese di campagna a circa 30km da Torino e 15 minuti da Pinerolo.

Help
The help we are looking for is the management and maintenance of the orchard in which we mainly grow apple and pear trees, as well as some small fruit. Recently we have started experimenting with the cultivation of ancient cereals and "minor" plants, such as hemp seed or protein pea. In the company there is a small processing workshop for our fruit from which juices, vinegars and ciders come out. The period in which we seek help is from March to December, we can host one person at a time for a minimum period of two weeks.
L'aiuto che cerchiamo riguarda la gestione e manutenzione del frutteto in cui coltiviamo principalmente meli e peri, oltre a qualche piccolo frutto. Recentemente abbiamo iniziato a sperimentare la coltivazione di cereali antichi e piante “minori”, come ad esempio la canapa da seme o il pisello proteico. In azienda esiste un piccolo laboratorio di trasformazione per la nostra frutta da cui escono succhi, aceti e sidri. Il periodo in cui cerchiamo aiuto va da marzo a dicembre, possiamo ospitare una persona per volta per un periodo minimo di due settimane.
