  Greetings from Juan & Victor! We are the proud custodians of a unique home in Mondoñedo, Lugo, a part of which operates as a cultural center. Our home is more than just a place to live - it's a living piece of history, a cultural hub, and a testament to the rich heritage of our city.
  
  We are excited to open our doors to a passionate individual who appreciates historical environments and is eager to learn how to maintain and preserve such unique spaces. As a part of our family, you will be involved in a variety of activities, including gardening, cleaning, and light DIY tasks, non of them will be related to the room rentals or the event hiring.
  
  Living here is not just about helping with the day-to-day tasks, it's about immersing yourself in a cultural and historical journey. You will learn to care for antique furniture, gain insights into interior decoration, understand the nuances of building restoration, and develop your green thumb with our gardening projects.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the historical relevance of the cultural center, a place that has stood the test of time and continues to serve as a cultural hub. The city of Mondoñedo itself is a living museum, with its ancient streets, buildings, and stories. Beyond the city, the region of Lugo offers breathtaking natural landscapes, from serene beaches to lush forests. This is a chance to immerse yourself in Spanish history, culture, and nature.

  We are looking for individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help us maintain the beauty and integrity of our unique home and cultural center. The main tasks involve gardening and cleaning. In the garden, you'll help us with planting, pruning, weeding, and general maintenance. As for cleaning, we aim to keep our historical home and cultural center pristine, so tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas. If you have a knack for DIY tasks, there might be some light repair or improvement projects to get involved in. Your help will be instrumental in preserving the charm and historical significance of this place.

  You will be staying in a piece of history. Our home offers comfortable accommodation within the historical Colonial Palace. You will have access to all the necessary amenities and shared spaces within the house. During your time off, you can explore Mondoñedo and its surroundings. The city offers a variety of attractions, from historical landmarks to local markets and festivals. Public transport is readily available, making it easy to venture further afield and explore the natural beauty of Lugo.

  Living here means sharing a home with Juan, a live-in pianist, and Victor, a remote full-time worker. We are independent individuals who appreciate respect and care for our shared space. We believe in living harmoniously, respecting each other's space and privacy, and working together to maintain our home. We encourage our guests to embrace the same values. This is more than just a place to stay; it's a place to learn, grow, and become a part of our ongoing story.
