Description
Ciao, my name's Maria Luisa, I'm 53 years old. I'm yoga teacher and theater trainer. I would like to share my house with travellers who would like sharing their knowledge about sustainable agricolture: I would like to transforme my little piece of land in a food forest. My project for next summer is to create an artificial basin to collect rainwater.
I'll share meditation and yoga practice.
A dog, Amina, and three cats, Caterina, Olmo and Fulmine, live with me.
I can host only one person at a time, for the moment.Types of help and learning opportunities

I offer sessions of yoga practice and meditation, Italian and Spanish language, family cooking experience.
The house is located in the countryside around Cassino, a small city - 36.000 inhabitants - in southern Lazio that offers the famous Abbey of Montecassino, an archeological Museum and some interesting Roman vestiges. In the city's surrounding there's a lot of natural landscapes and very nice villages.Help
Last year I'have been away for many months, the vegetation has grown wildly so I need some help to organize a food forest and also small maintenance tasks of the house such as sorting out the firewood, painting a gate and some railings.
