Description
These open meetings evoke the recognition of the nature of mind —giving access to clarity, harmony and wisdom. We will introduce the timeless wisdom practice of 'short moments of awareness, repeated many times until continuous.' Bring questions, share experience in a held environment and meet the community of practitioners. Held by long term practitioners and authorised teachers Celine and John Wright (since 2007). For further information visit our website: https://www.shortmoments.com Celine Wright illustrates kids books at Short Moments for Kids and is passionate that all beings have access to their birthright to be educated in the nature of their own mind. She teaches kids and adults regularly online, at UK festivals and at the Short Moments teaching centre in Sweden. John Wright composes and sings as part of Massive Vibe Live! His passion is to evoke the nature of reality through music and ceremony. Try the 'short moments' practice to transform emotions into wisdom!

Come at 1h 15 min early at 14:45 to start with Vinyasa Yoga, before we dive deeper into the Short Moments Meditation. (Suggested 8-10 EUR for Yoga)
