Hi there! My name is Violetta (or Vee :D); I am taking some time this year to explore the World, learn more about myself, and hopefully make a positive impact on the new places and people I will come across. I come from a huge Italian family, but grew up travelling a lot, and spent over ten years living in Australia. I LOVE and LIVE FOR meaningful connections and conversations, delicious food, being of service to others, spending time in the sun and outdoors, reading, enjoying music in good company, and helping children achieve their potential.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Volunteering in my local community has always been an important, rewarding part of my life. For about five years, I volunteered in a sports and play program for children with disabilities and their families. This involved interacting with kids in a highly adaptable, dynamic manner to ensure their safety, participation, and enjoyment. I also held a position of leadership within my university's rural health club. As Co-president, I was in charge of organising the teamwork, problem-solving, and keeping up to date with several administrative tasks. I also volunteered as a homework tutor in a Migrant Resource Centre, and had experience as a peer reader during high school. In terms of jobs, I worked for many years as a pharmacy assistant, assistant nurse, and later, once graduated from the associated university degree, as a registered nurse. I am therefore very familiar and comfortable with responsibility and tasks which require high-level verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
