Me and my partner Pete are both quiet but friendly and easy going people.
We are both vegan of 6 years and very passionate about loving animals. I love adrenaline activities but on the other hand I enjoy peace and quiet. I like going for walks, listening to music and hoping to have some time to go back to reading books. I am not scared of hard work and happy to learn new skills.
Peter my partner loves photography, music and motorbikes but enjoy peace and quiet, away from the busy city life.
We were always the people thinking about the future but life taught us that you need to grab every opportunity and enjoy today as much as you can.
This is why in 2020 we moved out of the house and into an American Caravan. In 2022 downsized even more and decided to live our dream and live and travel in a converted campervan. We have worked on our van for a few months longer than expected to make it the way we want it but this allowed us to learn plenty of new skills along the way.
We have spent our first month in a van looking after a large busy campsite, where jobs varied from cleaning, DIY, to gardening and plenty more.
In August 2022 finally moved into our van and absolutely loving it.
We've spent winter 2022/23 near Brighton looking after a set of busy Air BnBs which gave us plenty more experience.
In 2023 we downsized further more to a motorhome which we rebuilt and now are back on the road. Currently (Summer 2023) working at a busy country pub/restaurant in Warwickshire.
We are looking to explore as much of the UK as possible, whilst hopefully meeting plenty of like-minded people along the way.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Up until 2020 I (Tracey) worked for a local council as a CCTV operator for 20 years
For the last 2.5 years I looked after my elderly dad with dementia, from household cleaning, cooking and shopping to gardening and his personal hygiene.
Whilst living in the house I always decorated it by myself and quite enjoy doing this, so I would be more than happy to help with this type of work. But I am not afraid to try and learn new skills.
In the last 6 months I worked with my partner to convert the minibus to what we now call home. Painting, making curtains, planning and organising the lay out, and other simple DIY tasks. I also enjoy proof reading from time to time, which I do as a freelancer.
In the last few years we have both volunteered at Animal Sanctuaries, so would be happy to help with domestic and rescued animals.
My partner Pete worked in various industries, from warehousing, sales, manufacturing to local agencies. But his passion is photography which I do as a freelancer.
he's good at DIY projects (converted most of the campervan), cooking, computer and social media.
