Hello all!
I have been a passionate career mum for more than thirty years. For much of that time, I was extremely lucky to homeschool my kiddos, learning together with them, and supporting them in discovering their world to the best of my expanding capacity. They are among the most important people in my life and continue to humble me everyday. As a massage therapist for over two decades, I have developed a deep respect for the healing power and extreme importance of touch and connection. In these most recent days shared with my fellow humans, such a kaleidoscope of intense feelings about what I’ve witnessed... has been changing me. I‘ve decided to gift to myself the most beautiful, kind and nurturing environments. I want to find people that agree that living forward... it is incredibly vital that we Love each Other with soft eyes, open heart and courageous curiosity.

I have a strong work ethic, and will always be interested in connections with truly committed learners. To my continuing surprise, I repeatedly land in the desire to grow despite the discomfort of what will change in the process. I want to be shoulder-to-shoulder with a diversity of people that want that too.

Cooking, cleaning, organizing, homeschooling, gardening, outdoor projects, writing, listening and teaching are all part of my skillset. It’s my nature to help wherever I am, and I will need to participate in cooking meals, doing dishes, reading to kiddos, running errands, critter care, weeding the garden, painting the living room, organizing the shed or office... or whatever I can be a part of.

Downtime for me has included running, hiking and yoga, since supporting my body to be strong and healthy is very important to me. I LOVE salad and otherwise have a pretty simple diet. I enjoy my kids’ and grandlittles’ antics and laughter, talking with a friend over a bottle of wine, many kinds of music, dancing, the beach and old-growth forests, mountains, and a warm temperate climate. I’ve lived in Alaska for over 40 years, so I’m truly ready to leave the long winter.

The miraculous human body, the mysticism of Spirit, and the magic of Love in our lives are a perpetual source of amazement and wonder to me. I’m continually curious and compelled to the many ways to experience healing and I wholeheartedly believe in and support our communal, global immune system. With the help of many clients over the years, I have become an exceptional bodyworker, most recently training as an oncology massage therapist. I am nationally certified with NCTMB, and my professional licensure is currently in the state of Alaska.
