Beschreibung

We are a Japanese family consisting of myself, my wife, and our two year old daughter, living in a traditional Japanese house in northern Japan.
I love connecting with people from different cultures and traveled to 40 countries over the course of 1 year and 7 months when I was 26 years old.
One of the most amazing experiences was volunteering on a dairy farm in Turkey and at a B&B in Denmark for one month each through Workaway.

Since our daughter was born, we have been participating in Workaway as hosts and have welcomed around 20 people into our home.
I believe these interactions are especially meaningful for our daughter to grow up being around and loved by people from diverse backgrounds.

It’s been over 10 years since I was a Workawayer myself, but now that our daughter is old enough to enjoy new experiences, we feel it’s a great time to travel as a family again.

I worked for four years at a German-owned trading company, so I believe my English is quite good.
My wife also speaks English well enough for everyday conversation.
Our two year old daughter can say “happy,” “okay,” and “yummy.” She’s definitely super cute!

Since we’ll be traveling with a little one, she’ll need time with her parents—especially her mother.
That may make it difficult for my wife to help out for long hours, but in that case, I’ll be happy to contribute more myself.
