Beschreibung

I just finished my Bachelors degree as a journalist, which essentially makes me curious about the world, and how people live their everyday life. In the last years, I had to care more about politics and less about cultural and meaningful things, which made me kind of burnt out. My favourite things to write about include everyday living, unique situations, adventurous life and cultural differences. I love listening to the story of peoples life, and also having deep meaningful conversations.
I have worked numerous things in my life, and I also volunteered a few times. I do promote social awarness every year in a bigger festival in my hometown, but I also offered help thorugh an university project for troubled children for almost two years. I generally love spending my time around people, I'm a really outgoing person, who makes friends easily. Spontaneous things happen in my life all the time, because I'm always trying to bring out the best from a situation.
I have made numerous things in my life, and I also lived both in my home country Hungary and Germany, and I love new adventours. Trying out unknown things, planning programms, and working/talking to people makes me generally happy. I love spending my time around others, connecting, and also getting to know different cultures. I'm new to Workaway, but as I mentioned I was doing social things.
I'm hopefully finishing my degree this June, and after that I want to have kind of a gap year. I'm looking for spending some quality time in an other country, and doing some work which is not sitting in front of a computer, because I have been getting tired doing that. I visited a lots of countries in Europe, but still have some I have never been to, so would like to also check them out of the list.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have experience in teaching younger children German (from age 10-14) and I also helped troubled kids, who live in bad circumstances with their homework, personal life, and social skills.
I worked in a bar for a year, so I have pretty decent bartender skills and I can well communicate with people. I also did some cleaning and other around the bar help back then, so I'm familiar with those things too. I was working alone, handling money and all that, so I'm confident about my skills.
I can speak three languages, my mother tongue being Hungarian but having a C1 language certificate in both English and German. I'm studying journalism, but also studied economics before so I have a wide knowledge of things. I can help with basic text writing, translating, and marketing too.
We have a garden at home, so I know some basic gardening work, but not that much experience.
I'm a swift learner and I have worked various things troughout my life, from translating documents to working in a factory, and every one of my employers were satisfied with my work ethics and performance.
I cook for myself and I enjoy it very much and also like to believe I'm skilled too. I would love to have some culinary experiences and cook for more people.

I love reading, writing poems and listening to music, so I would be more than happy to stay with someone who likes art and creating itself.
