Hi! I'm Sonia, I'm 25 years old and from the north of Spain. I'm currently working as a Spanish teacher in a public school in my city, and I’ve also taught Spanish in England in the past.

I’ve always had a deep interest in cultures, languages, and history — I love learning about how people live and seeing the world through different perspectives. After doing a fair bit of traveling, I’ve realized that what truly brings me joy isn’t just visiting landmarks or checking off tourist spots, but actually connecting with people and being part of the everyday life in new places.

That’s why I’m looking to travel in a more meaningful way — not just passing through, but sharing experiences, learning from others, and contributing in any way I can. I believe these kinds of exchanges are some of the most enriching experiences we can have.

I’m easygoing, respectful, curious, and always open to learning something new. I love teaching, sharing stories, and discovering the small things that make each culture unique.

I’m a Spanish teacher and I’ve worked both in Spain and in England, teaching kids and adults. I enjoy working with people and helping them learn in a fun and easygoing way. I love languages, communication, and learning about different cultures.

I consider myself a friendly, open-minded and responsible person. I’m always happy to help, whether that’s through language exchange, looking after children, giving a hand with daily tasks, or joining in on creative or community projects.

I adapt quickly, I’m curious, and I really enjoy being part of new environments. And yes, I speak English with a strong Spanish accent — but I see that as part of the charm! 😄

I may not be a professional in everything, but I’m easy to get along with, willing to learn, and always do my best to be helpful and positive.
