Beschreibung

I am an easy going person who loves travel and adventure, meeting new people and sharing food, stories, music and jokes.

Having grown up in a rural area, I feel most at home outdoors. I love hiking and camping, being on the water, and finishing the evening cooking over a campfire.

I care deeply about our environment and the future of our planet, and try to make every decision with sustainability in mind. Since I was a child, I have volunteered with a local charity I am closely connected to, which promotes and develops allotment sites in schools, helping young people to learn about where their food comes from and how it is produced, using reclaimed and upcycled materials and permaculture techniques. I started as a teen in the allotment at my own school, and have since volunteered in various positions, including sourcing second-hand building materials, editorial and outreach work, and now establish and maintain connections with other youth allotment projects across the world.

In my spare time, I am a keen writer and photographer, and am never anywhere without a camera or a notebook.

I am a dedicated worker who likes to see a job through. I'm creative and environmentally driven, and have experience working with children and animals, on eco and permaculture projects, doing gardening and some construction. I am a quick learner enjoy learning new skills.

I am a trained English teacher and love to practise language exchanges, and speak or have some knowledge of various languages.

I love theatre, cooking, and photography.
