Tätigkeiten, die mich interessieren:

I like to hike, explore nature or the city by foot, sit down by the water, draw silly things, tattoo silly things, take pictures, have long conversations.

Beschreibung

Hi! I'm Sofía, I'm born and raised in a town near Madrid, Spain with parents from Italy , Mexico, so since a young age I've been in touch with different cultures, traditions and people from very different backgrounds.

Currently [Oct. 2025] I'm living in Berlin and I'm very curious about experiencing life in Belgium, specifically Gent, and hopefully travelling in December to India, where I'd like to get to know places , people and their traditions.

At the moment I wish to practice, expand my knowledge, or learn from scratch the following subjects: spray paint, construction, woodwork, metal work, acrobatics, aerial silks, climbing, foraging, plants, hiking, painting/drawing, editing film, photography, drag performance, tango dance, guitar, ukulele, transverse flute.

I like to stay active and move on a daily basis, so workaways with physical work, options for physical activities, or where I can learn/improve any of the things mentioned above, is highly interesting for me .

More about my work/learning experience in different subjects:

When I first moved to Berlin I worked as an au pair and learnt german. Later I started my studies in digital media.
I worked as a "logger" -kinda film editing assistant-, and photographer.

I also worked as a videographer in an intentional community in the south of France, where I did my internship for half a year, I also practiced gardening and other DIY tasks. There I had the chance to improve my social skills and get to know myself better. We lived together with 15-20 people, sometimes 40 during Erasmus youth exchanges. We practiced NVC, holacracy, mindfulness, self sustainability, among others.
Apart from that I also helped out in community work like cleaning, cooking, self organizing, chicken care, rescuing food from markets, etc.

Back in the city I also worked with people at a language school as a free time tutor , guiding people on fun activities and helping young adults to arrive to Germany or Europe for their first time ever.

Apart from that I also worked in restaurant, bar , cash machine, gardening, social media, construction of wooden floors and walls in a boat, and as a trainer + rescuer in a high rope course, where I'm currently working with a seasonal contract, ending November.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Basic gardening, basic natural building. Taking care of kids, taking care of animals (dogs, cats, chickens, pidgeon, fishes, turtles...) Photography , Videograpgy, Editing, cooking for events, organizing youth exchanges, facilitating workshops on poetry, drag quing, art.
I used to play guitar and ukulele. I have knowledge of computer programs like word. I also worked as a waitress, and cooker in a restaurant.

For video/image editing I have knowledge on premiere, pinnacle, avid, after effects, da Vinci, photoshop, lightroom, indesign, illustrator.

DSLR cameras and basic knowledge of analogic cameras.
