April-June 2025 South America - looking to stay with hosts on various farms or homestead-type environments in Peru, Argentina, and Brazil. Interested in NGO and volunteer work as well.

Hi! Hola - I am a nurse planning to travel from April 2025-June 2025 In South America-ideally in Argentina, Peru, and Brazil. I have been working in the United States with patients from various countries in Central and Latin America. I would like to learn more about specific cultures, immerse myself in the Spanish language more, take a break before starting another nursing job, and practice agricultural/farming skills. I have traveled to several countries in Europe, and I have been to the D.R.C. in Africa. This will be my first workaway experience. I enjoy learning about others' cultures, stories, and languages. I enjoy any activity outdoors, such as playing soccer, creating, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

I have minimal farming experience, but I have wanted to learn more about this practice for a few years. I got the opportunity to work on a family's farm for a few months during my undergraduate study a few years ago, and ever since then, I have wanted to have another experience to learn and grow in this area. I am a nurse by profession, and I love the healthcare sector. I have worked in a hospital and clinic setting in my home-town. I would like to grow in my language abilities and take opportunities to travel while I am young and not settled down.
