Hello Hosts! We are Tommy and Rachael, a down to earth couple from Australia. This year we have quit our jobs and are embarking on a trip of a lifetime through South Asia and Europe. We are really keen to immerse ourselves in a new culture and to help out via volunteering in any way we can. We are both passionate about the environment and living sustainably.

I am a communications professional with experience in government relations, marketing, advertising, PR and copy writing. I enjoy reading, making videos and practising yoga. While travelling, I'm really excited to meet new people and learn about all walks and ways of life.

Tommy (34)
I have just completed my Carpentry apprenticeship and Diploma in Building/Construction. I'm really keen to experience a new culture and challenge myself. When I'm not working I love listening to music, reading and exploring nature.

We are both fit and are able to help with most physical tasks. We are really willing to help in any way we can.

Rachael
I can assist with cooking, cleaning, lifting, gardening, babysitting and most jobs around the house. I'm also happy to assist with teaching and language practice. I am a communications professional usually so can also help with any writing tasks you might have (English only).

Tommy
I have experience as a carpenter and can help with most maintenance tasks and handyman work. I am also willing to help with cooking, cleaning, gardening and language practice.
