HI! I'm Rocco, I'm 24 years old and I'm a citizen of the world! (even though legally I was born in Italy ). I like to break away from the ordinary and the mental patterns that society imposes on us and for this reason I have been living and traveling the world in a camper alone for more than 2 years! I like adventure, going back to my origins, learning about new cultures, customs, habits, flavors and points of view different from mine; traveling in a camper is the most beautiful way to stay in a place and experience it. I attended the scouts for more than 13 years and they taught me to reconnect with nature and with the diversity of others, I slept in tents, in the woods, in abandoned villages with makeshift shelters and built tables and kitchens with our own hands in wood, ropes and mud for use on camping trips.
But the thing that excites me most is discovering the scents and flavors of the place, the typical dishes and local products that the land offers. This is why I love cooking, after all I am Italian!
I had 2 experiences of 1 month each in Bern and Denia, where I looked after various animals and carried out work in the garden and around the house; I'm ready to help you too!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

▪️Workaway experience as an animal care worker and general renovation work
▪️I am an agricultural expert with a diploma in agriculture.
▪️I like working in contact with nature and I have had experience as a grape picker in Trentino
▪️have experience in tourist entertainment, working for 2 years at the "Alpino baby family" a very prestigious hotel in Trentino, where I managed the entertainment for the little ones (0 to 13 years old) which is why I feel very at ease among children.
▪️on top of that I've been living in a camper for over 2 years so all those DIY jobs are commonplace for me! unexpected events are the order of the day and they don't scare me that much anymore
▪️I am also a magician, in the summer of 2023 I worked in a tourist village as a village magician presenting shows for adults and children.

I like mountain biking and hiking.
I'm a speedcuber, that is, I solve the Rubik's cube quickly and take part in some competitions.
I like spending evenings with friends, a pizza and lots of board games!
