Hello everyone,
My name is Chris. I am from South Wales and currently living the van life whilst working as a general builder/handyman.
I usually travel south for the winter to avoid the rain but this year I have decided to brave it out in the uk… 😬
My experience mostly involves carpentry, roofing, fencing, deckings, some block work, general garden work/digging/ landscaping, concrete mixing, laying patio’s…etc. But I am also just as happy to be involved with non-construction based activities.
In my spare time I like to hike, camp, run, swim, play the guitar and generally keep fit.
I love to travel/backpack around and often combine this with volunteering in hostels. Most recently in Portugal and Albania.
I have just begun learning Spanish. Very slowly...
I have spent the last couple of years converting my little Vauxhall Vivaro into a camper. It is fully equipped so accommodation is not an issue.
