I was born in the US (Portland, OR) and moved to Berlin, Germany when I was 13. After graduating high school, I took a gap year to South East Asia and got the travel bug big time. I volunteered at farms, schools, and hostels and loved making new friends, learning, and growing. I then studied sociology and economic and social history at Glasgow University in Scotland and went on to work in football in Berlin with a particular interest in writing about women's football.

I am now traveling around Latin America with the aim of improving my Spanish and meeting new people and places.

I am interested in a range of work from farm help to cooking to hospitality. I have experience from both volunteering and working in farms, restaurants, schools, and social media.

In my free time I love to play beach volleyball and football, cook for friends, and explore the outdoors:)

Nací en Estados Unidos (Portland, OR) y me trasladé a Berlín (Alemania) cuando tenía 13 años. Después del instituto, me tomé un año sabático en el Sudeste Asiático y me picó el gusanillo de viajar. Fui voluntaria en granjas, escuelas y albergues y me encantó hacer nuevos amigos, aprender y crecer. Luego estudié sociología e historia económica y social en la Universidad de Glasgow (Escocia) y pasé a trabajar en el fútbol en Berlín, con especial interés en escribir sobre el fútbol femenino.

Ahora estoy viajando por América Latina con el objetivo de mejorar mi español y conocer gente y lugares nuevos.

Estoy interesada en una amplia gama de trabajos, desde ayuda en granjas hasta cocina y hostelería. Tengo experiencia tanto como voluntaria como trabajando en granjas, restaurantes, escuelas y medios de comunicación social.

En mi tiempo libre me encanta jugar al voley playa y al fútbol, cocinar para los amigos y explorar la naturaleza:)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have worked at farms around the world from the US to Thailand to Portugal both helping out in the fields and at farmer's markets. I also have worked at restaurants and bars, love to cook and learn about new cuisines, and have taught English in Spain and Vietnam. Additionally, I have experience with social media so would be happy to help out with marketing and communications if needed.

Most importantly I am an eager learner and happy to pick up new skills and help out where needed. I'm social, tidy, and easy going.

He trabajado en granjas de todo el mundo, desde EE.UU. hasta Tailandia y Portugal, tanto ayudando en el campo como en mercados agrícolas. También he trabajado en restaurantes y bares, me encanta cocinar y aprender sobre nuevas cocinas, y he enseñado Inglés en España y Vietnam. Además, tengo experiencia con los medios de comunicación social, así que estaría encantado de ayudar con el marketing y las comunicaciones si es necesario.

Lo más importante que soy un aprendiz entusiasta y feliz de aprender nuevas habilidades y ayudar cuando sea necesario. Soy sociable, ordenada y fácil de llevar.
