Tätigkeiten, die mich interessieren:

At the moment I am travelling in Ghana for three months to learn about it's music, culture and (colonial) history as a lot of musical genres I love are rooted in (West) Africa

Hello there :)

I am a very social person that loves music, people and nature.

Fortunately I have met so many lovely people in my life that I really feeI that most humans are good at heart but that we only tend to complicate systems as a collective :)

I am a musician and piano teacher at home and just recently got a degree in Social Work. As a gift to myself I decided to do a gap year to...:
.. travel to West Africa because I knew very little about it before coming here and a lot of music I love has it's roots here
...improve my Spanish (I would love to be able to understand lyrics in Spanish and Latin American music)
...learn about myself away from all my friends, family and day to day life (which I also love) and grow by meeting new people and by being exposed to different and new perspectives and realities

I love...
...swimming (especially in the summer - ocean and lakes make me feel very alive)
...playing basketball
...cycling
...reading books
...going for a walk and hikes in the nature
...being around other people and at times to be with myself and digest life :):)
...playing piano, E-Bass, guitar, especially jamming with others

I am vegetarian and prefer organic/local foods and I like to cook for myself or others instead of going out to eat all the time

I also don't drink alcohol, smoke or take any drugs and I don't judge people if they do. I only feel discomfort if the consumption of drugs is the driving force for a group of people

I am grateful for life and I think all the challenges of life can be managed (with help) and growth is a life-long process!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I love to work with kids, teenagers and adults.
that's why I studied Social Work after working as a musician and music teacher for some years.

I am also a handy person (depends on the task) and I like to do manual work as it is very satisfying for me

I am also always up for musical, creative projects, especially the ones that focus on community building.

I am very good with (handling/leading) groups as well and enjoy to be amongst a group of people sharing something together (a game, a hike, a place of life, dance, music, project etc.). actually I believe that every individual in group is also leading a group in its process and everybody is important if looking at group dynamics.

Was noch ...

I am a good communicater and if I feel comfortable around people I can share my emotions and thoughts easily. I believe that criticism can really help at times and I would always choose critical feedback over no feedback at all. I guess, as a German I like to be direct and don't run away from conflict but I am a positive and peaceful person, so I get along with almost anyone as I like to be conscious as possible about my internalized prejudices.
