Hello!
Hi! I'm Natsumi, a traveling pizza maker from Japan.
I'm on a journey and would love to bake pizza in different places along the way!
I'm looking for places that would be happy to host me and let me share my pizza.🍕

I’m a passionate pizza lover and call myself a Pizza Hunter. I enjoy both eating and baking pizza, and during my workaway stays, I dream of making pizzas using ingredients from the local area.

I love traveling the world. So far, I’ve visited more than 30 countries!
I come from a rural area where my family runs a small farm — we grow our own Japanese rice. I enjoy a lifestyle that’s close to nature, cooking meals with seasonal ingredients, and living in tune with the land.

I studied Kansei Engineering Design at university, a unique field that focuses on designing with human emotions at the center. After graduating, I worked for 5 years at a creative company in Tokyo, where I was involved in branding and various design projects.

I’m looking forward to connecting with people, learning from different cultures, and sharing meaningful time through food and community!

After spending several years living a fast-paced life in the city - Tokyo, I decided to leave my job to pursue a more meaningful lifestyle — one that’s closer to nature and in harmony with it.
I’m now seeking to experience different food cultures and ways of living around the world, and to reconnect with a slower, more grounded way of life.
I care about understanding what is grown in a region, how to make the most of local ingredients, sharing meals with people, and the tools and culture that support such a life.
I’m also very interested in cooking together and sharing meals as part of the daily experience!
