Beschreibung

We are both looking to travel around Europe this summer. Both of us are eager to experience new opportunities, learn about new cultures and contribute to community. We are both graduate environmental scientists with experience and knowledge of ecology, nature restoration and habitat management.
We are exited to learn new things about different ways of living, learning about self sufficiency and regenerative agriculture.
We are interested in meeting new people and sharing our knowledge and experience with them.
Both of us have previously done lots of volunteering here in Ireland such as recently setting up a new community garden, as well as doing other volunteering opportunities such as working for the Irish whale and dolphin group helping them prepare their boat.
We both love meeting and working with new people, and would be happy to contribute in whatever way we can to someone else's home.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Both of us our graduate environmental scientists who have experience in ecology, nature restoration, and habitat management planning. Both of us do a lot of gardening work including helping out with family and friends as well as recently setting up a community garden. Both of us are experiences and enjoy working with animals, including farm animals and pets. Both of us have skills in property maintenance and project design.
Megan has experience working as a chef, and would be happy to help out with cooking and preparing any foods. I also have experience working as a housekeeper and enjoy cleaning.
Ben has skills in construction and woodwork, with experience building decks, fences etc. He also has experience of farm work, having worked on a dairy farm. He also has expertise around regenerative farming, permaculture, and horticulture, as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Was noch ...

We would both like to use this opportunity to learn new skills such as living self sufficiently. I would like to learn new types of farming practices, new types of food preservation and herbalism, as well as teaching people what we already know.
I would also like to take this opportunity to meet new people and learn about new cultures and different life experiences.
