Beschreibung

hi everyone, i'm marta. at first, I might come across as a little shy, but once I feel comfortable, you'll find a good friend in me. I’m currently in my third year of medical school at Sapienza University in Rome, and I’ve had some experiences working in hospitals.

although I live in a big city, I’ve always imagined myself in a quieter place surrounded by nature. over time, I’ve come to appreciate the beauty of a slower pace of life. I deeply value simple moments—sipping coffee, reading a book, or just pausing to admire a sunrise on the way to class.

i'm a fan of getting my hands dirty - i'm starting to grow some vegetables and taking care of plants in my garden.

animals have always been an important part of my life. i have a dog, three cats and two tortoises; a few more animals and i'm going to open a zoo!

I also love spending time with children— helping them discover the world in their own unique way, while also learning to see things through their eyes.

i long to hear people’s life stories, explore different perspectives, and experience ways of living that are far from my own

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I'm a flexible and reliable person; as I said in my profile description, I'm happy to work where I'm needed.
I love working alone just as much as I enjoy sharing tasks with other people.

Since I work at a restaurant, I've had practice with organizing and working at a faster pace.
I worked as a babysitter for two years, and I loved it: I created a lifelong bond with the two girls I took care of.
I discovered recently that I can bake: years ago I was a disaster in the kitchen, and now I find myself testing new recipes. I'm not an excellent cook, but I really appreciate learning something new, so I'm open to tasks that require cooking (maybe with a little training beforehand, just to make sure I don't mess up).

I'm really open to every kind of task may come my way, because I discovered that I'm flexible and that I know how to adapt in a lot of different contexts.

I love art, and I sometimes paint or draw. even if maybe I'm not excellent, I'm happy to share my paintings and try to teach some of the little knowledge I have.
being a medical student I took the BLS course, and I'm happy to share the basic techniques.
