Hi there!
We are Luisa(18) and Hannah(18), a curious and social duo from Germany. We met during an exchange program a year ago, where we spend two weeks living in an American family together. Since then, we´ve grown close and decided to spend this adventure together.
We both finished school mid 2025 and want to see more of the world and its wonders before committing to our studies. Hannah is passionate about nature, writing, journaling and making her loved ones feel appreciated. Luisa is very social and outgoing, loves being creative, enjoys making gifts for her loved ones and has a strong interest in fitness and health.
While we love hiking, nature and all things animals we also love meeting new people, making genuine connections and learning from and with others.
We are friendly, respectful, eager to work and quick learners.
Through workaway we hope to find a meaningful and affordable way to travel all the while contributing to the places we visit. We are hoping to make great connections, help hosts in whatever way we can and build memories that will last. Neither of us are afraid of physical work and have both spend the last few months working in Germany. We are both comfortable with pets, children and animals.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Luisa has experience in hospitality and customer service. She has worked as a waitress and most recently as a cashier at a large German supermarket chain. These jobs have thaught her how to handle stressfull situations and stay calm under pressure. Moreover she is a good teamplayer and able to interact friendly with a wide range of people. She brings positive energy, is quick to learn and comfortable doing basic household tasks such as cleaning, gardening and meal preparation.
Hannah has experience in basic childcare and dogsitting. She has spend the last year helping out her neighbours by looking after their seven year old daughter and dog. This taught her responsibilty and helped her gain confidence working with both children and animals. After finishing school, she worked at Subway, where she learned how to work with a fast-paced team, follow hygiene standards and stay friendly and respectful in stressfull situations. She is also comfortable wih cooking, cleaning and other household chores.
Together we work very well and are able to communicate clearly. We are also not afraid of learning new routines and tasks.

Was noch ...

Both of us enjoy reading and appreciate quiet downtime as much as adventure and thrill. Luisa is a passionate cinema-goer with a broad knowledge of movies. Hannah likes chatting over a cup of coffee and going on long walks. We both love a good game night and are always up for learning new games.
We also like staying active and go to the gym together.
