Hi! My name is Lisa and I’m 19 years old. This will be my first experience with Workaway, I’m enthusiastic to start this new adventure. I’m looking forward to meeting new people, cultures, and places and improving my skills in every field.

First of all, I would like to talk about my education.
I’m graduating high school this year, and I think Workaway will be the perfect experience for me before starting university.
I studied Spanish and English at school, therefore I can say I have a modest knowledge of these languages.

Even though my scholar CV doesn’t provide me with specific technical preparation, throughout the years I always tried to do some activities that could introduce me to the job market: I worked as a barista for a whole summer then I worked as a babysitter helping kids studying and doing homework.

Talking about me, I consider myself a curious and open-to-the-world person. I’m always in search of new experiences and new people. I’d like to learn new things, prove to myself I can do things I’m not even aware of, and seize every opportunity life offers me. I can describe myself as adaptable:
I can adapt to any situation, and find creative solutions to problems. I love learning new skills that will help me get to know this world we live in.

Last but not least, I’m a very social and empathetic person, always caring about others’ needs and making new friends with people with different backgrounds.
This is why I can’t wait to start this new adventure!

I hope we’ll get to live beautiful moments together.
