I love being in nature and the outdoors with animals and friends. I feel most alive when doing physically challenging things from riding to free diving to building a home.

Hi! I'm Leila and I am 21 years old from London, England. I've recently graduated university and after spending three years at a desk to prepare myself for a future working on another desk, I've decided I needed to reconnect with the things I love: nature, animals and fun people. I am looking for somewhere where I can really get stuck into the work. I am a quick learner and reliable person, ready to adapt to anything. I'm not afraid of early mornings or long hours, as long as it means I can be mostly outdoors. I have some minor experience working on small farms and with rescue animals. I love horse riding and cooking, as well as meeting new people.

This is my first experience with Workaway so I'm hoping to meet some great people and learn more about the different place and lifestyles I see.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am really good with animals, I know how to stay calm and be gentle, as well as provide a stronger when needed (like with cattle).
I'm a great team player, I know when to lead as well as when to take a step back and let others organise themselves and how to create good communication and a cohesive environment.
Multi-tasking is something I've always been good at as I usually like to have multiple things to think about.
I'm a quick thinker which means I'm also a pretty good problem solver, in my past roles like waitressing and working on the farm, I always figure something out when an issue arises even if it's not the most traditional.
