unterwegs auf Reisen
I'm a simple girl who grew up in a tiny village located in the Welsh mountains. I have many fond memories of helping my friends on their family farms and spending quality time with my cats, horses, rats and rabbits. My current mission is to reconnect with my countryside-loving roots and to try new things whenever I can.
I set off travelling solo when I was 18. I bought a project narrowboat 2 years later and put my DIY skills to the test! I currently live on my 2nd boat, a little motor cruiser, and one day I hope to be the captain of my very own sailing yacht.
My kind of paradise is a rural location with woodlands, rivers, lakes, and mountains. I'm fearless in the face of all kinds of weather, physical labour, and anything outside of my comfort zone!
Naturally, I'm a very active person and I put a lot of effort into everything I do. I've spent my entire life adapting to different lifestyles and environments so I'm not easily deterred from trying new things! From time to time, I like to capture moments on film and edit them into video memories.
I've had a variety of incredible volunteering experiences at a few eco-villages, a couple of hostels, a school, a handful of farms and a couple of sailing yachts which have equipped me with quite a range of useful skills.
My philosophy is to be spontaneous because you regret the things you don't do!
I prefer to eat vegetarian/vegan, but I am happy to eat meat from time to time.
