Beschreibung

Blessings from deep in my heart. My name is Lorenzo, I’m a creative and adventurous spirit. I’ve spent much of the last 3 years of my life learning indigenous plant medicine & managing a busy retreat center in the Amazon jungle of Peru. That experience taught me so so much… I helped as a translator, managed a team of volunteers and facilitated a great many healing ceremonies. I feel very blessed and honoured to say that I helped many people transform their lives. I also began my own healing journey - overcoming trauma, deepening my connection to the divine, learning new ways to live that are more in alignment with my higher self.

My long-term dream is to create a holistic healing center with my life-partner (she’s a yoga teacher & naturopathic doctor in training but won’t be workawaying with me right now). I’m really inspired by some of the projects I see here on workaway and would love to help out. I’m free for the whole month of April


I’m looking for:
* Connection with mother earth and like minded souls
* To learn new skills related to sustainable & regenerative practices
* A slow pace of life

* Honesty, integrity and respect are the things I value most in life.
* I value clear communication, openness and transparency - those are the foundation of healthy relationships.
* I really value having some quiet time for meditation and prayer first thing in the morning
* I am ready to give myself fully to a project over the next month. I don’t have any other major life commitments at this stage in my life
* I spent 1 entire year in isolation in the Amazon jungle learning plant medicine

I’m willing to help with…
* construction, handywork & manual tasks
* art projects
* teaching english & spanish. (I also speak a little Portuguese & French)
* I am an experienced ceremonialist (please feel free to ask more about that)

* constructed a herb spiral
* made paints with natural ingredients
* planted & harvested many plants
* cooked many tasty meals for many hungry mouths
* built a shed
* decorated & painted a good number of things
* danced under the stars!
