Hey,
My name is Lara and I am excited about making new experience, exploring and learning languages. I am a open hearted individual and really enjoy spending time with people, creating deep and honest connections with them. am a very calm and introspective individual, I love listing to people and understanding them better, learning more about myself through them at the same tim
I enjoy being creative a lot and creating together in a community setting.
I like to do yoga and meditation, I did my yoga teacher training in October 2024 in India and love teaching and learning more. I have been teaching yoga in different places like Portugal and being a yoga teacher in Guatemala.
I like to do art, be involved in creative projects and I love being & living in nature, having a more slow and intuitive living.
I am very interested in art and movement therapy, doing courses on it& learning more about it.
I am vegan since 6 years and have a big passion for healthy and delicious vegan cooking & have a lot of experience with working in restaurants, cafes and in volunteer kitchens.
I would love to life more in conscious communities and co-create in many beautiful ways 🦋

Currently I am travelling to Mexico and I am looking for a conscious community I could volunteer with teaching yoga, cooking , creative projects, gardening or teaching languages. I would love to be part of a community with rainbow vibes in nature 🌈✨

Was könntest du arbeiten?

-Yoga teacher: I did my yoga teacher training in October 2024 in India and love to teach yoga and learn more

-Massage: I did different massage courses like Thai and aroma oil massage. I love giving massage and I am on my journey of learning more about different kind of massages

- Languages: I really enjoy learning new languages. I speak German, English, French, Russian and currently I am learning Spanish

- Healthy & vegan cooking: I have a big passion for cooking and love sharing food. I worked in different vegan kitchen settings, like restaurants and cafes as well as festival kitchens serving food for 200 people and rainbow kitchens.

-Barista: I have Barista experience and love making coffee and working in cafes

-Art: I love being creative and involving myself in creative projects

- Gardening: I am really good with all kind of plants and I have already had a agricultural work experience in Switzerland
