Holaaaa, hellooooo!!

Me llamo Kimey, tengo 29 años y soy una chica del norte de España, educadora social de profesión. Este último año he vivido en Lima 6 meses, trabajando en el ámbito social con una beca. Después de esa experiencia, decidí alargar mi estancia en latinoamérica y emprendí mi primera experiencia como voluntaria en un hostel en Colombia, que fue increible.

A los 18 años me fui a Cork (Irlanda) a trabajar como aupair con una familia y allí descubrí lo mucho que disfruto compartiendo con otras personas y culturas. Soy una apasionada de la naturaleza y los animales y por eso siento que Irlanda es un país muy afín a mi. Es por eso que estoy buscando una oportunidad de volver, para seguir practicando mi inglés y explorar el país y su cultura.

Soy una persona curiosa, me interesa mucho la naturaleza y los animales y, aunque no soy una gran experta, me encanta experimentar con manualidades y pequeñas reformas :)

My name is Kimey, I am a 29 year old Spanish woman and I had been living in Lima (Peru) for 6 months because I had the great opportunity to participate in a scholarship for an internship in a NGO. After that, I decided to extend my stay in Latin America and had my first volunteering experience in a hostel in Colombia, wish was amazing.

At the age of 18 I went to work as an Aupair with a family in Cork (Ireland) and there I discovered how happy I am to share with different people and cultures. I'm passionate about nature and animals, and I feel that Ireland is the perfect place for me. That's why I'm looking for an opportunity to return, to keep improving my english and to continue exploring the country and its culture.

I am a curious person, I am very interested in nature and animals and, although I am not a great expert, I really like to investigate with crafts and small renovations :)

Soy educadora social y he trabajado diferentes recursos en los que mi tarea principal era dinamizar el día a día de las personas que ahí vivían, pero también he pasado por panaderías, supermercados y mil curros más. Me adapto rápido, me implico en tener siempre la mejor de las actitudes. Me encanta cocinar, organizar espacios, cuidar animales y plantitas, hacer pequeñas reformas y todo lo que implique darle cariño a un lugar. Soy curiosa, sociable y me encanta compartir con personas de otras culturas. Si hay algo que no sé, lo aprendo. Y si hay algo que hacer, ahí estoy :)

I’m a social educator and I’ve worked in different community resources, where my main role was to bring life and structure to the daily routines of the people living there. But I’ve also worked in bakeries, supermarkets, and all sorts of jobs—so I’m pretty adaptable and always bring a positive attitude. I love cooking, organizing spaces, taking care of animals and plants, doing small repairs, and anything that involves putting love into a place. I’m curious, sociable, and I really enjoy connecting with people from different cultures. If there’s something I don’t know, I learn it. And if there’s something to be done, I’m there :)
