Hi, I'm Kai Jun from Singapore. I did my first workaway in January this year and really loved it! I helped out with picking hay bales, some carpentry work and some weeding on a family farm. I'm looking for another workaway opportunity in November or December this year, so please hit me up!

A little about myself: I enjoy the outdoor activities (hiking, snorkelling, diving, road trips) and I like meeting new people and learning about their lives. I'm also interested to learn about farming, gardening, carpentry and general handyman skills. I find great joy in exploring new cultures, food and people and gaining a more authentic perspective about how people at different parts of the world live. And I believe these Workaway experiences will provide new life lessons and insights.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

In my previous workaway, I helped with farm work like weeding, planting flowers, picking hay bales. I also did some carpentry and woodwork! Around the house, I'm well-acquainted with household chores like washing, cleaning, cooking, laundry, groceries. And I'm definitely happy to learn new skills :)

Was noch ...

Having been introduced to hiking, scuba diving and surfing, I have grown to be a big fan of these outdoor activities (though not necessary the best!). Badminton and piano has been a childhood favourite, though its been sometimes since I last played. Wine is my favourite form of alcohol (after taking a wine-tasting course while on exchange in Canada, though I'm a lightweight drinker!)
