Had my first experience as a Workawayer in August 2026, enjoying the stunning beauty of the northern regions of Norway. Currently looking for a new adventure exploring Finland.

Beschreibung

I’m a 31-year-old lawyer from Spain. Although I usually have the whole month of August off, this year I’m planning a more authentic experience in Northern Finland around October and November, exploring the region’s remote landscapes and local culture. I’m sociable, easygoing, and friendly, and I really value the relationships and surroundings around me. I’m into powerlifting, love hiking in nature, and play guitar in a band. What I enjoy most is spending time with my family, going out for dinner with friends, and taking long walks with my dog, Kai. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke, and I really love driving.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

In my first Workawayer experience in Norway, I had the chance to look after a kitten, help maintain the vegetable garden, and—most of all—do plenty of outdoor physical work like cutting firewood, digging a trench for a greenhouse, fixing the water supply, and general cleaning, among other tasks.

I really enjoy countryside activities (farming, harvesting, animal care, etc.), and I’m in good physical shape, so I can handle even the more demanding jobs. I also love driving. I have a category B license and I’ve driven in tough Arctic conditions during my trips around the Circle, so that won’t be a problem at all.

On top of that, I’m a lawyer by profession, so I’m more than capable of taking on tasks that require focus and mental effort.

Was noch ...

As a lawyer, I work remotely all year round, so I’m hoping to arrange a Workaway project for September/October 2026, for about a month or month and a half. I’m looking for something that would let me balance the volunteer work with my legal duties, which means having internet access and a few hours of free time each day.

If possible, I’d be traveling with a friend, so there would be two of us. He’s someone I trust completely and a very committed, hard-working person.
